Frequently Asked Questions
What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We do not generally accept returns on frame and fork sets or complete bikes unless there is a manufacturing defect or other major issue. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you allow cancellations?
We do our best to ship orders quickly. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is requested, we will do our best to accommodate that request, but a restocking fee will be incurred on the entire order.
Can you ship to my location?
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Flat rate shipping applies to the contiguous 48 US states.
For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries not listed on the website, please inquire at info@kyootbikes.com.
Do international shipping fees include tariffs?
Please note that the fee is for shipping only and does not include any tariffs or duties that may be incurred when the shipment arrives in country. Unfortunately we are not able to provide an estimate on these fees.
How do I become a dealer?
Our minimum opening order for a dealer is $2,500 and we require at least one bike or frame in stock to remain in good standing. If you are interested in becoming a dealer, please inquire at info@kyootbikes.com.
